Mads Balsby Wilkens
Mads Balsby Wilkens is specialized within the field of Corporate Law, especially in terms of International Contracts, but also Construction Law, Litigation, Arbitration and Transport Law are among his key competences.
Mads has been employed with HjulmandKaptain since 1 May 1999 and has been a partner in the firm since October 2000.
Mads graduated as a lawyer from Aarhus University back in 1990, obtained his right of audience before the Danish High Court in 1995 and before the Supreme Court five years later. Mads has achieved certification for undertaking board assignments and is a member of the boards of directors in a range of privately held companies.
For a number of years, he has been an external examiner at Aalborg University. Mads acts as an arbitrator in cases concerning Construction Law and Contract Law generally and is a certified international arbitrator.
