One of HjulmandKaptain’s most important resources is our clients and their satisfaction with our counselling. We wish to provide such good advice and service that our clients will recommend us to others and come back, whenever needed. This requires that we are capable of listening, that we currently measure our client satisfaction, and that we develop our business processes. When your case has been finally handled, we will send you a questionnaire. If you would please help us improve our client satisfaction, we ask you kindly to answer also the additional questions, the purpose of which is to assess your experience of our case handling, the lawyer having assisted you and HjulmandKaptain in general.
