Karsten Madsen
Supreme Court Attorney and Partner specialising in Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate, International Business, and Sports Law
For more than 30 years, Karsten Madsen has advised businesses across Northern Denmark, ranging from SMEs to listed companies.
His key areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, international business matters, and sports law. Karsten graduated with a Master of Laws from Aarhus University in 1990 and holds rights of audience before the Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Supreme Court Bar. In addition, he serves as a board member and chairman of several companies in Northern Denmark.
As part of his continuing professional development, Karsten has completed a number of executive education programmes, including the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in France, the Compliance Master Class offered by the Danish Bar and Law Society, and the Board Governance in Financial Institutions – Banking and Mortgage Credit programme at Copenhagen Business School.
