Erna Sverrisdóttir
Attorney specialising in Debt Collection, Tenancy Law, and Energy
Erna Sverrisdóttir works with general commercial law and, as an attorney at the firm’s Hjørring office, is also a key member of HjulmandKaptain’s debt collection team. Here, she handles litigation and enforcement proceedings, advising clients on the recovery of claims and representing them in bailiff’s court and civil proceedings before the Danish courts.
In addition, Erna advises on tenancy law, including the drafting of contracts, termination, rescission, and related litigation and enforcement matters.
Erna has been with HjulmandKaptain since 1 February 2018, initially as a Student Assistant and later as an Assistant Attorney. She was admitted to the Danish Bar in August 2021. Erna holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Aalborg University, where she graduated in June 2018 with a thesis in procurement and competition law.
