Entrepreneurs and entrepreneur companies
For an entrepreneur, a successful start is crucial. In addition to the good idea or the new business concept, which you intend to carry out, it is equally important to have full control over the commercial and legal framework.
Previously, it was possible to form an entrepreneur company, viz. a special corporate form aimed at entrepreneurs. This specific corporate form was phased out in April 2019. Should you already have an entrepreneur company, it must therefore be converted into a private limited company.
As an entrepreneur, you should seek legal advice and commercial sparring as early in the start-up phase as possible. By doing so, you may avoid any unintended surprises and establish a solid platform for your future business. Based on result-oriented counselling, we have therefore set up a team specialised in targeted advice to entrepreneurs, focusing on the need for controlling the costs of formation.
As your sparring partner, we will ensure that the legal foundation for your future business is in place, thereby providing you with a good future-proof head start.
