Jens has many years of experience advising businesses, executives, and entrepreneurs. He provides strategic, specialist advice on both day-to-day business matters and the complex challenges that companies regularly face.

Jens is also highly specialised in insolvency law and has spent more than 20 years advising companies, banks, and other creditors on restructurings, insolvencies, bankruptcies, and composition agreements. As an experienced insolvency practitioner and restructuring advisor, he ensures that your interests are protected professionally and efficiently, regardless of the complexity of the matter.

In addition, Jens has been appointed as a court-appointed administrator by the Probate Court in Aarhus.

In his insolvency practice, Jens focuses on maximising recoveries for secured creditors and other stakeholders through efficient case management. He works closely with a wide range of Danish banks and accounting firms, giving him extensive insight into the procedures and practicalities involved in insolvency proceedings.

Jens also advises on finance law and litigation.
