HjulmandKaptain has wide experience in litigation and arbitration, having consequently established a special team for procedural law.

Our highly specialised lawyers frequently appear before the District Courts, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court as well as before administrative bodies and arbitration tribunals. Thus, Hjulmand­Kaptain has built up wide experience and competence in conducting legal actions and arbitration proceedings at all levels.

HjulmandKaptain regards litigation and arbitration as a core business, having therefore decided to establish a special team handling disputes as their primary area of focus.

On those grounds, we have the possibility of, and not least the required experience in, handling even comprehensive and very complex disputes – also with international aspects.

Naturally, our counselling is based on the law as well as on more commercial considerations, and the possibility of a cost-saving or commercially attractive settlement is always explored in close cooperation with the client.

A number of our partners are certified arbitrators, regularly undertaking such commission.
